We make sustainable moves at Carbyon, it's what we believe in. We even hire sustainably, allowing you to dive into the details of our culture, company and mission. Our hiring journey also gives us plenty of chances to learn all about you, and that way, we match and hire based on a lasting mutual affinity.

Coffee

We kick things off with a (digital) coffee with our Recruiter. It's a two-way chat where we learn about your talents and encourage you to ask us any burning questions about life at Carbyon. Come feeling curious!

First interview

The first chat went well, it's time to step on-site for your first interview. Visiting our office will give you a feel for the vibe and culture at Carbyon. Here, you'll meet the Hiring Manager who will explore your knowledge, skills and aspirations.

Content interview

We hope you left us feeling inspired! Next steps provide the chance to meet more of the team with a content interview. A few potential future teammates will dive deeper into the role, aiming to understand how your skills and background could be a good fit for it.

Offer

It's a mutual match. Congratulations! We're feeling lucky to invite you to join our mission. But listen, we do things a little differently when we make an offer. Because we strive for internal equality, we don't negotiate. Instead, we uphold a transparent payment system that values everyone.

30 holidays

We offer 30 days of holiday annually. On top of that, you can purchase an extra of 10 days. You can even swap national bank holidays around, if you'd like.

Flexibility

Early bird? Catch the worm at 7am! Need to juggle the school run? Start a little later. No issue. We offer a hybrid model that empowers you to organize your work day when flexibility is needed.

Permanent contract

As trust is the foundation of our team, we offer a permanent contract right away. And trial periods? We scrapped those.

Travel allowance

Choose between an NS Business Card or a KM allowance (0,23 cents per KM). We trust you to make the most sustainable decision.

Transparant payment

We believe in paying everyone fairly. Therefore, you cannot negotiate an offer, maintaining internal equality. The salary we offer is always carefully based upon a benchmark study.

Working from home

Sparks fly in our office, we don't want you to miss them. However, we facilitate working from home twice a week, so you can work flexibly without missing any of the magic.

Working remotely

At Carbyon we trust our people. With that comes the freedom to work remotely anywhere for 1 month a year. Feel like hibernating in Italy? Go ahead!

Vitamines & Coffee

Feed that brilliant mind with fresh fruit and coffee every week. Our Chief Bean Officer (CBO) promises quality brews here in our living room.
